A new exhibit; Sacred to Stereotype and Back Again presented by The History Center and located at the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport until September 30 2008, this exhibit tells the history of the Haudenosaunee (Six Nations of the Iroquois), and examines how they have been accurately and inaccurately represented from the 1920’s to the present in promoting the Finger Lakes, as well as providing Native American “activities” for tourists.
