DOCUMENTARIES OF TOMPKINS COUNTY

Documentaries are non-fiction films that in some way document or capture reality. With a wealth of artists and filmmakers in Tompkins County, in addition to three campuses offering degrees in Communication & Media, our region has a rich diversity of documentaries exploring different aspects of our local history and culture.

The list below is being added to*, if you know of a documentary exploring Tompkins County life, or about a notable figure who lived in Tompkins County please reach out to us at community@thehistorycenter.net to add them to the list.

*The History Center archives do not currently include copies of the films below. We are hoping to create a digital collections archive in the coming years.
